What's in the box.

Core 13-piece package on every upload: a cover sheet plus four letter rounds — Consumer-Law, Factual Dispute, Metro 2®, Litigation Notice — across Equifax, Experian, and TransUnion. Conditional add-ons trigger from the report: ChexSystems & Early Warning deposit-CRA disputes when a banking item is flagged, OCC complaints when a national-bank furnisher is named, §524 bankruptcy discharge letters when a BK is on file, RESPA QWR for mortgage servicers, arbitration demands when a clause exists. Anatomy of
a letter.

LAYER 01 · CITATION
The exact statute and subsection invoked — never a vague “consumer protection law” wrapper a defendant can ignore.
LAYER 02 · IDENTITY
Account number, date of first delinquency, reported balance, and the specific field being challenged — not a blanket attack on the whole tradeline.
LAYER 03 · DEMAND
A 30-day reinvestigation request under §1681i(a)(1), a preservation-of-records hold, and a written response addressed back to the operator.
LAYER 04 · PAPER TRAIL
Certified-mail tracking number, send date, expected response window, and a copy of the letter — all logged for the file if a 1681n / 1681o claim follows.

How the package
stays defensible.

REGULATOR ROUTING
Each furnisher is routed to the agency that actually has jurisdiction — OCC for national banks, FDIC for state banks, NCUA for credit unions, CFPB for nonbanks. A misrouted complaint dies on intake; the engine looks the charter up before it picks the recipient.
IDENTITY HANDLING
SSN, driver's license, and FTC identity-theft affidavits attach only to bureau letters — never to a furnisher or collector. Sending consumer ID to a third party is itself an FCRA / Gramm-Leach-Bliley exposure.
PRIVACY
Reports are parsed in the operator's own server session and dropped at end-of-request. Nothing is retained — no database row, no log line containing the report — once the package is built.
CONSUMER VOICE
Any personal statement the consumer writes is included verbatim in every letter — their first-person account on the record alongside the statutory claims, not buried under operator-drafted boilerplate.
